So Long Big Tech..
I'm running my own cloud

Say hello to Origo OS running on your own hardware.
You can run and manage regular VMs (Linux or Windows) or you can fire up one of the stacks that come bundled with Origo OS, which are pre-packaged applications, ready-to-go, that come with an integrated admin UI.
Origo Cloud Toolbox (the web app you are using right now) is in fact a stack that runs on top of Origo OS.

Stacks

Stacks are pre-packaged virtual servers that can be installed and started in clouds running Origo OS with a few clicks. A stack can be as simple as a plain Ubuntu Server, or as complicated as a multi-node Kubernetes Cluster. To make it easy to migrate away from big tech, Origo OS bundles stacks for Kubernetes, S3-compatible storage and MongoDB.

Kubernetes

Start your Kubernetes cluster with two clicks, download kubeconfig and deploy your microservices. Scale up with nodes as needed. Full terminal access to control plane and nodes.

IaaS

Start a Ubuntu or Windows server with two clicks and start deploying software or developing in minutes. Upload your virtual images, click "convert" and run legacy servers in a modern cloud.

S3 Storage

Amazon's S3 is the de-facto standard for object storage for e.g. microservices. We offer an S3 compatible storage stack based on the leading cloud-native software MinIO.

MongoDB

MongoDB is a popular database for microservices. To save you the trouble installling and configuring, we offer a pre-packaged, multi-node MongoDB stack you can start with two clicks.

Getting started

Sign up or dive in

If this is not your own cloud, you already found a cloud running Origo OS. Now, just sign up - you'll be running servers and services in minutes. If you find you like using Origo OS and are used to managing hardware, consider setting up your own private cloud. If you need to scale, if you need a data processing agreement or if you need to purchase cloud ressources using the Danish SKI 02.22 framework, consider contacting one of our enterprise partners.

Guides

We have developed a collection of simple guides that can help you with common tasks, such as starting and configuring a Kubernetes cluster, deploying a Linux server, deploying a Windows server and migrate a server from VMware to Origo OS.

Courses and webminars

We and our partners from time to time offer Origo OS webinars and courses. Keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our news letter.
